C-PASS registration and hotel check-in will start on Sunday 14th September 2025 at 14:30.
Conference sessions are scheduled on all the mornings from Monday 15th to Friday 19th, and on the afternoon of Monday 15th and Wednesday 17th.
Poster session will be held on Tuesday 16th.
Afternoon and evening social events are planned on the afternoon of Thursday 18th .
Hotel check-out is on Friday 19th at 9:00.

Conference ends with the closing lunch at 13:00 on Friday 19th.
